Order and Acceptance

Products on our Site are either sold by ALIF SHAMS MOBILE PHONES & ACCESSORIES TRADING CO LLC Company or an affiliate of ALIF SHAMS MOBILE PHONES & ACCESSORIES TRADING CO LLC or by a local or international seller as specified on the Site.

Once your order is accepted, you will be notified by email or mobile messaging.
In some events, if an order is not accepted, you will be informed accordingly and will not be charged for the product.
You may cancel your order immediately prior to shipping for any reason.
We may cancel your order(s) if you fail to make payment or provide necessary information.

Delivery of Your Order

The costs of delivery and related information will be as displayed to you on our Site.

ID Requirement Upon Delivery: We may request identification upon delivery.
Delivery from Overseas: You may be considered the importer of record for international deliveries and must comply with all relevant laws and duties.
Title to Products: Ownership of products transfers to you upon delivery and full payment.
